Just to say, I never actually used a tutorial for any of the sprites, you might be better off looking yourself, which a few people were asking about. I actually started off doing sprite work before I even knew what spriting was on the old microsoft paint windows 95 days. Making little drawings with the zoom tool, and noticing the square grid.

I pretty much winged my whole way to this point.

A whole lot of noticing things in pictures I liked and putting them into practice. So yea, I pretty much did my own "research" so to speak.
maybe that's a tutorial right there, oh well.

It's really all about having an eye for things.

Nothing professionally studied in art in general also.

I have actually looked at proportional body tutorials, tried it out, and dumped it soon after LOL, you know the, how tall the head is supposed to be and drawing the lines out on a stick figure. Yea, I'm not really into the geometry of things.

Funny thing is though I hear a lot that hands give people the most trouble.
I think it's like a cognitive thing, if you try it out without thinking that it's a bother or there's some sort air of difficulty in doing them, you won't be giving yourself unrealistic goals in doing them.
To which I've never had a problem doing hands, even the pictures that weren't really good, I just trucked on and didn't care either way if they were good or not.

Women on the other hand(:P) is where I have a complex about wanting to draw right. So I'm always beating myself up and throwing away pictures.
